Dispatch to Haneda Airport and Narita Airport is free of charge. We will inquire about your arrival terminal and deliver the rental car to the nearest airport parking lot. When exiting the parking lot, please use the prepaid card placed inside the vehicle. For returns, simply park the car in any available space at the parking lot closest to your departure terminal. Please be sure to notify us of your return. Please note that if we do not receive a return notification within the designated time, an extension fee will be applied.
Additional fees apply for dispatches to locations other than Haneda Airport and Narita Airport. Please refer to the "Map of Delivery Charges" for specific rates. If the dispatch and return locations differ, the higher dispatch fee will be applied. We also flexibly accommodate dispatches outside our service areas.
