Other charges

Dispatch to Haneda Airport and Narita Airport is free of charge. We will inquire about your arrival terminal and deliver the rental car to the nearest airport parking lot. When exiting the parking lot, please use the prepaid card placed inside the vehicle. For returns, simply park the car in any available space at the parking lot closest to your departure terminal. Please be sure to notify us of your return. Please note that if we do not receive a return notification within the designated time, an extension fee will be applied.

Additional fees apply for dispatches to locations other than Haneda Airport and Narita Airport. Please refer to the "Map of Delivery Charges" for specific rates. If the dispatch and return locations differ, the higher dispatch fee will be applied. We also flexibly accommodate dispatches outside our service areas. Please feel free to contact us for any inquiries.

Anywhere dispatch

Please check the name of the delivery address or hotel you wish to use, and the delivery charges for the location where you plan to return the vehicle. If the delivery location and return location are different, the price will be based on the area with the higher price.

Child seat

In Japan, the use of child seats is mandatory for children under six years old. if you are traveling with children under six, please be sure to select this option.

Waiver of deductible

In the event of a traffic accident, complimentary auto insurance with sufficient coverage is included. But please note that there are charges that the customer will need to bear, such as the deductible and the non-operation charge. This option is available to eliminate these charges.
